I have to say my birthday week was pretty fantastic. Beginning with eating a dinner that was definitely the best food being served in the county, to put it mildly, made by my mom and then hanging out with the parents. The rest of the week was great although exhausting. A coworker's birthday was on Thursday so every night there was something else going on, a different dance party or band or bowling...and last night I bowled probably the best I ever have post-bumpers. The little things that make me happy. Having the entire day off today is looking pretty fantastic...especially when I'm looking at a week sans days off. Bueno.

Workin' on a mystery, goin' wherever it leads

I have to say I really enjoy "Fall" so far up here. Anytime after Labor Day is Fall. I love it. Everyone's so much more relaxed. I feel like I have so much more time...probably because I'm working about 75% as much as I did just 2 weeks ago. Feeling good...feeling good.

I plan on having tickets for my trip by next week.

So it's been quite awhile since the last time I've posted. Mostly because my life isn't really translating well to blog in my mind right now. I work a lot and there are lots of funny, weird, etc things that happen but by the time I get home the hilarity or wisdom fades to exhaustion. Everyone has been looking forward to Fall like crazy around here. I have to say I'm excited for the change of pace.

It was good to be back in Madison to send Williams off with a bang...more like a blur but very fun either way. I also found out today that I will be starting school on January 3rd. For sure.
